  • We combine organizational psychology and depth psychology, focusing on human processes in organizations. By analyzing that which arises in relationships, we help bringing important processes to the surface, thereby enabling reflection and alternative ways of going forward.

Our focus is leadership and cooperation within the scope of the professional role. To strengthen these aspects, we believe in giving space for meaning making and psychological safety.

  • Three main groups of clients turn to us for help.

    1. Organizations that have a set of challenges that are already defined, and that are related to human processes, such as slow decision making processes, challenges in team cooperation, conflict at the workplace, overworked managers or leaders, high employee turnover, challenges in internal communication

    1. Organizations that have no clear challenges, but where there is a need to map out potentials and future challenges to build long term stability and efficiency.

    1. Managers and leaders who want to develop their leadership by analyzing and integrating different aspects of the self as leader.
